Delete your data

This page explains how to delete the data Glowmatic, from Diesa Studio, holds about you. Glowmatic has no accounts, so your data is tied to an anonymous device identifier rather than a name or email address.

How to delete your data

In the app (instant)

Open Glowmatic on the device you used.
Go to Settings, then Your data.
Tap Delete my data and confirm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It takes effect as soon as you confirm; the stored photos are then removed from our storage within minutes.

By email

If you can't open the app, write to support@glowmatic.app. The most reliable route is Settings, then Contact us in the app, because that message carries your device identifier, which is the only way we can find your data. We process requests without unnecessary delay and in any case within 30 days.

If you uninstalled the app, the identifier is gone on Android, so we can't match a request to your data. On iPhone the identifier survives a reinstall, so reinstalling Glowmatic lets you delete in the app. In either case, anything left expires on its own schedule, described below.

What is deleted

Your device record and anonymous identifier.
Your batch and scene history.
Your credit balance and credit history.
Every photo we hold for you: uploaded originals and generated results.

What is kept, and for how long

Backups. Encrypted database backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically. Data you deleted stays in those backups until they expire and is never restored into the live service to bring it back.
Purchase notifications. A record of each store notification is kept so we don't process the same one twice. Your identifier is removed from it when you delete your data, so it no longer points to you.
Rejected-photo fingerprints. If a photo was refused by our safety checks, we keep a one-way hash of it for up to 30 days to refuse it again. A hash is not the photo and is not linked to your device.
Apple, Google and RevenueCat. Purchase records held by the app stores and by RevenueCat, our subscription provider, follow their own retention policies and are outside what we can erase. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.

If you don't delete

You don't have to do anything to limit how long photos are kept. Uploaded originals are deleted within 24 hours and generated results after 30 days. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
